In short

  • We collect only what we need to run contests, take payments and pay designers.
  • Designers' ID numbers (NID, passport or birth certificate) are seen only by our admins, shown masked, and used only for copy and fraud cases.
  • Some features use trusted services, such as Google's AI for the logo checker and the support assistant.
  • We never sell your information.
Contents

1.What we collect

  • Account: name, username, mobile number, email, password (stored only in scrambled form), photo, language.
  • Clients: business name, the contest brief and files you upload, payments.
  • Starting a contest before signing up: the name, mobile number, email and WhatsApp choice you type on the first step, your brand name and how far you got, so our team can call to help if you don't finish.
  • While you fill in Start a contest: the step you are on, how long you have been on the page, your device type, your rough city (worked out from your internet address, which is not stored) and the answers you give on that form, so our team can see if you need help. Never your password, payment details or anything else you type. Until you give your contact details on the first step, our team sees you only as "Guest".
  • Designers: bio, portfolio details, designs and final files, payout details (bKash number or bank account), and the originality agreement (full name, mobile, address, ID type and ID number, typed signature).
  • Activity: comments, ratings, reports, notifications, and the date, time, IP address and browser when you accept declarations or sign the agreement.
  • Payments: amount, status and the transaction ID. Card details and bKash PINs are never entered on our site.
  • Logins: the device, browser, IP address and approximate city of each login, to keep your account safe.
  • Support chats and logo checks: your messages to support and the replies, and the logos you check with their results.

2.Why we use it

  • To run your account, contests, handovers and wallet.
  • To take payments and send payouts.
  • To send notifications and emails about your contests and account. You can stop emails you don't need with the Unsubscribe link in each email; codes and security emails always come.
  • To answer support chats (first with our AI assistant) and to run logo checks.
  • To keep the site safe: the no-contact filter, copy checks, reports, and preventing fraud.
  • To help you finish a contest you started: our team may call, message or email you about it, and keeps short notes of those calls. If we confirm by phone that a contest was fake, we may keep its mobile number and email to stop new contests from them.
  • To offer help while you fill in Start a contest: our team may show you one short message on that page, never during payment. You can reply, ask for a call or close it; our team sees your answers next to the notes about your contest.
  • To remind you about a contest you saved but didn't pay for: we may email you up to two reminders with a link to finish it, only if you have an account. They stop as soon as you pay or reply, and you can unsubscribe from them alone.
  • To follow the law and, when needed, to take legal action about copied designs or fraud.

3.ID numbers in the designer agreement

Before their first design, every designer gives an ID number (NID, passport or birth certificate) in the originality agreement. We collect it so that, if a design turns out to be copied, we know who is responsible and can take legal steps.

We do not check the number with any government database. Only our admins can see it, it is shown masked (for example ••••••3456), and every time an admin opens the full number it is recorded. It is never shown on public pages or to clients, and is shared only if the law requires it or in a legal case about that designer's work.

4.What others can see

Your username, name, photo and public profile (for designers: bio, portfolio details, wins and public designs; for clients: total spent) are public. Mobile numbers, emails, addresses, payout details and ID numbers are never shown to other users.

5.Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site, and only what they need: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), bKash (payments in taka), Stripe (card payments in US dollars), Resend (emails), Google (Gemini AI and Cloud Vision) and SearchAPI (image search) for the logo checker and the support assistant, Meta (Facebook) to measure our ads, and your browser's notification service if you allow notifications. We share information with the authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

6.Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language and currency.

To see how the site is used, we count page visits with an anonymous visitor cookie: the page, the site you came from, your device type and your country. If you are logged in, the visit is linked to your account so our team can help you. We do not store your IP address with these visit records, and they are deleted after 180 days.

When ads are shown on the site, they come from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or turn off some other vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It sets a Meta cookie and sends Meta the pages you visit on our site, your IP address and browser details, and actions such as starting a contest, creating an account or paying for a contest (with the amount). It never runs on our team's admin pages. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you. You can turn off ads based on this in your Facebook ad settings (facebook.com/adpreferences), or stop it by using a browser or extension that blocks trackers.

7.How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. A deleted account stays in our trash for 90 days so it can be restored, then it is erased. Contest, payment, wallet and agreement records are kept for as long as the law and possible disputes require, because they are needed to prove payments and copyright transfers. Login records are deleted after 180 days. Details from a contest started without signing up are deleted after 90 days. What you fill in on Start a contest is seen live by our team and deleted after a day; help messages from that page are deleted after 90 days.

8.Your choices

You can change most of your details, and which emails you get, in your profile settings. To see the information we hold about you, correct something you cannot change yourself (such as your signed agreement), or close your account, contact us through the Help page.
